Doha : The Public Prosecution participated in the 41st Specialists Committee Meeting of GCC Public Prosecution, which was held via video conference technology.
The Public Prosecution was represented by First Chief Prosecutor Mohammed Rashid Al Binali, and First Chief Prosecutor and Chief Prosecutor of the South Turki Rashid Al Mohannadi. The meeting reviewed a number of issues on the agenda, including completing the study of child protection rules during the investigation phase, complete the study of cases of prompt payment of proceeds of crimes of a financial nature and financial penalties.
