Lego is used in LEAP investment workshop to promote transformation in entrepreneurial culture

(MENAFN) The second day of LEAP's second edition featured interactive investing workshops, with David Gram-Hanssen, co-founder of Diplomatic Rebels, taking center stage.

To assist participants, concentrate on the future improvements they may make as diplomatic rebels in their various businesses, he used Lego construction bricks in his workshop.

He also mentioned that “future success depends on the ability to explore and experiment. We all need to become even better at adapting to change.” Noting, “There’s a perfect storm of change happening right now geopolitically, environmentally, business-wise. Everything seems to be sort of moving, and over time that speed is only going to pick up.”

The concept for Diplomatic Rebels was developed by Lego's futuristic innovation division, Future Lab. It evolved into a framework and method of thinking that assisted individuals in navigating corporate bureaucracy and led to transformation in workplaces and neighborhoods.

According to Gram-Hanssen, who once worked for Lego Ventures, businesses must embrace this entrepreneurial mentality.
