Iraq Exports Over 101 Mln Oil Barrels In Jan. - Min.


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BAGHDAD, Feb 1 (KUNA) -- Iraq's oil ministry said that the State Organization for Marketing of Oil (SOMO) exported 101.2 million oil barrels last January.
In a statement on Wednesday, the ministry said the exports had a total earnings of USD 7.69 billion, with a sales rate of USD 75.9 per barrel.
All exports came from oil fields in central and southern Iraq, except for 2.47 million barrels from Kirkuk oil fields, north Iraq, the ministry said. (end)
