(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, says Poland is ready to hand over F-16 fighter jets in coordination with NATO. This was posted on Yermak's telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.
'Work on obtaining F-16 fighters continues. We have positive signals from Poland, which is ready to hand them over to us in coordination with NATO,' Yermak said.

As reported, Ukraine seeks to obtain modern fighters jets - F-16s or F-15s - from the U.S. Air Force or their European counterparts - German Tornados or Swedish Gripens - to replace its fleet of Soviet-era warplanes currently in service.
