Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 43.48 points, or 0.39 percent, to close trading at 11,153.64 points yesterday.
The volume of shares traded decreased to 95,360,315 from 127,014,800 on Thursday.
And the value of shares decreased to QR 292,062,672.073 from QR 482,146,641.93 on Thursday.
The indices six sectors ended in green zone and one sector ended in red today.
QSE Total Return Index gained 0.39 percent to 22,846.28, QSE Al Rayan Islamic index added 0.13 percent to 4,730.42 points and QSE All Share Index increased 0.95 percent to 3,585.38 points.
