Amman, Jan. 25 (Petra) -- Jordan's real estate trade rose to JD5.850 billion in 2022, up by 17 percent from 2021's figure.
The Department of Land and Survey (DLS) revealed on Wednesday that the state's revenue from the real estate market stood at JD270 million in the same year, a 29-percent increase from the figure reported in 2021.
Overall real estate sales in the Kingdom dropped by 10 percent by the end of 2022, compared to 2021, the report indicated.
