Speakers: Isa Akayev - commander of the volunteer battalion 'Crimea'; Denys Sokolov - Civic Council; Oleksandr Fortuna - chief of staff of the 'Russian Volunteer Corps'.

Proof. The 'Crimea' battalion is a Crimean Tatar volunteer reconnaissance battalion that has been participating in the Russian-Ukrainian war on the side of the Armed Forces since 2014. It is staffed mainly by representatives of the Crimean Tatars, as well as by Chechens and other representatives of the peoples of the North Caucasus.

The Citizens' Council, consisting of leaders of civil movements from Russian regions and national republics, unites with the 'Russian Volunteer Corps', fighting as part of the Armed Forces, to fight politically and militarily against Russian aggression in Ukraine and Putin's regime in Russia.

The format of the event is offline (Hall 1).
