Unfortunately, there are victims. As of this time, there are four people killed by Russian strikes today. My condolences to families and friends,” the President said.
He added that power engineers immediately started restoration works.“Maximum efforts are in the central regions of Ukraine, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions,” Zelensky said.
As reported, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that Russian missiles hit energy facilities in Kyiv, Vinnytsia and Odesa regions on December 5. Despite this, the country's power grid is functioning. In some regions, emergency shutdowns are in place in order to balance the system and avoid accidents.
