Doha: A team of students from Qatar participates in the 19th edition of the 2022 International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO 2022) in Bogota, Colombia, which runs until December 12.
The team comprises 6 students, a supervisor and 3 academic leaders from the mentors of the Department of Science in the Department of Educational Guidance of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
This is Qatar's fifth participation in this international competition which consists of 3 tests in science, including theoretical and practical aspects to measure higher thinking skills, problem-solving skills and scientific investigation in biology, chemistry, and physics subjects.
