(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Nov 28 (KUNA) -- KUNA's Director-General Dr. Fatima Al-Salem received on Monday in her office, Head of Public Relations Department at the Ministry of Oil Sheikha Tamader Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Kuwait's Governor for OPEC Mohammad Al-Shatti, to discuss Kuwait's media role in the global oil market.
Dr. Al-Salem underlined KUNA's keenness on showing how Kuwait is an active participant in OPEC and OPEC+, highlighting Kuwait's oil sector achievements through the latest news and media techniques.
She pointed out KUNA's willingness to provide all potential, facilities and experience in serving media cooperation between the agency and the oil sector.
On her part, Sheikha Tamader Al-Sabah congratulated Dr. Al-Salem on having been appointed as director-general of KUNA, while lauding the official news agency's media role. (end)
