Kanye West exposes Trump's reaction to his offer of becoming Vice President

(MENAFN) Kanye 'Ye' West, a musician and fashion designer, has stated that Donald Trump was surprised to be given the position of vice president on his 2024 presidential ticket and vehemently refused the offer.

West revealed this week that he will run for President in two years, wearing freshly designed clothes with a 'YE24' emblem.

In a tweet on Wednesday, the rapper claimed that during a recent visit to the former US president's Mar-a-Lago golf club in Florida, he requested Trump to be his "running mate in 2024."

West has now exposed what the response to this offer was. “The thing that Trump was most perturbed about [is] me asking him to be my vice president. I think that was, like, lower on the list of things that caught him off guard,” he stated in a video posted on Twitter on Friday.

The controversial artist made it obvious in the film, titled 'Mar-a-Lago debrief,' that Trump was enraged by his ambitions to run for President and prophesied that he would fail.

“When Trump started basically screaming at the table telling me I was gonna lose, I mean, has that ever worked for anyone in history? I’m like, ‘wait, hold on Trump, you’re talking to Ye,’” West remembered.
