(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Jeddah, Nov. 19, 2022, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Ibrahim Taha called on the organization's member states, its affiliate offices, international organizations, and NGOs to intesify efforts for casting light on the social and living situations of children, promoting international togetherness and awareness among children worldwise, particularly those belonging to the displaced or refugees or lacking for parents care.
Taha's call came to celebrate the World's Children Day which falls on the 20th of November every year since it was commenced in 1954.
