KUWAIT, Nov 8 (KUNA) -- The Chinese Cultural Festival for Film and Food was held in Kuwait on Tuesday to commemorate the historical diplomatic relations between Kuwait and China.
The event, hosted by the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature, began with a display of Chinese cuisine, including delicacies such as dim sum, candied hawthorn, Szechuan Spicy Chicken, spicy beef and others to name a few.
This diversity is being showcased at a two-day exhibition that sheds light on Chinese music, civilisation and the arts, stemming from China's commitment to respecting culture and its 5,000-year history. (end) as.tab.sd
