Iran: Sistan-Baluchestan ships USD740M value of goods in 7 months


(MENAFN) The worth of commodities that were shipped from Sistan-Baluchestan province in the southeast of Iran reached an amount of USD747.366 million in the opening seven months of the ongoing Iranian calendar year (March 21-October 22), a provincial official declared.

Mohmmad-Ali Khashi, a representative with the customs department of the province, recorded the mass of goods in the shipments at 2.259 million tons.

As declared by the representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), the worth of Iran’s non-oil shipment saw a jump of 5.6 percent throughout the opening seven months of the present Iranian calendar year, in comparison with the same span of time in the last year.

According to what was stated by Morteza Emadi, Iran shipped 61 .283 million tons of commodities with a worth of USD28.406 billion in the stated period of time, recording an 18.2 percent decrease in mass as well.
