(MENAFN) Iran considers that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) might still be recovered if that it’s true that the Americans still show political determination.
The latest improvement concerning the JCPOA recover discussions and other problems of status in Iran’s foreign policy were elevated in the weekly presser of Foreign Ministry representative Nasser Kanaani on Monday.
Kanaani dealt with many enquiries about the discussions to recover the JCPOA. He replied by stating that the exchange of letters is going on among the discussion partners, and the yearly United Nations General Assembly supplied a good chance to conduct series of discussions around the JCPOA, the formal name for the 2015 nuclear agreement.
He noted that “Bilateral and multilateral talks were held there, and messages were exchanged between Iran and the United States through intermediaries and high-ranking officials of some countries. We continue to emphasize that we are determined to achieve a good, strong and stable (nuclear) agreement and we adhere to the dialogue process.”
