Iran, Turkey exchange balance reaches USD432M in first 8 months


(MENAFN) The worth of Iran’s shipments to neighboring Turkey saw a surge of 49 percent to stand at USD 2.382 billion in the opening eight months of this year, as shown by the data lately issued by the Turkish Statistical Institute.

Iran had shipped USD1.592 billion value of goods to Turkey in the same span of time of the prior year, according to the stated data.

Throughout the stated time span, the overall exchange among Iran and Turkey surged by 29 percent to USD4.332 billion, jumping from USD3.344 billion in the first 8 months of the last year.

As shown by the stated figures, Iran’s imports from the nation also indicated an 11 percent surge to stand at USD1.950 billion throughout the first 8 months’ time span, in contrast with the same time span in the last year.
