The Ministry of Culture along with several Qatari publishing houses, namely Dar Al Watad Publishing and Distribution House, Hamad Bin Khalifa University Press, Katara Publishing House, Rosa Publishing House, and Samarkand Trading and Book Distribution will participate in the fair to build relationships with workers in the culture and publishing industry, and introduce the Ministry of Culture's publications.

Director of the Ministry of Culture's Libraries Department Jassim Al Buainain said that Qatari publishing houses take part in the fair with a wide variety of their diverse and rich publications that cover multiple cultural and intellectual aspects.

Organised by the Saudi Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission, the fair represents a cultural platform that brings together local and international companies, institutions, and individuals working and interested in the literature, publishing, and translation sectors. The fair also offers a cultural programme that includes a number of qualitative cultural events, talk platforms, interactive lectures, and workshops on arts, reading, writing, publishing, bookmaking, and translation.
