Federation of Industries, Jammu demands resolution of pending registration & reimbursement claims from DPIIT
Jammu, Sept 22 (KNN) A Delegation of Federation of Industries, Jammu (FOIJ) under the Chairmanship of Lalit Mahajan met Rajendra Ratnoo, IAS Joint Secretary to Govt. of India, Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT) to discuss issues concerning the Industrial Sector.
They have urged for an early resolution of Pending Registration/ Reimbursement Claims with DPIIT and Partial Operation of Portal for claiming Interest/Insurance and other Fiscal Incentives under Package of Incentives IDS-2017.
The delegation also called for Gross GST Reimbursement to Existing Industries through Substantial Expansion under package of incentive 2021.
Early completion of work in the Industrial Estates notified by Industries Department for the handing over the Land in time bound manner to the prospective Investors has also been demanded.
Rajesh Jain, Deepak Dhawan, Jatinder Aul Co-Chairman, Virendra Jain Secretary General, Viraaj Malhotra Convener and other Executive Committee Members of FOIJ were a part of the delegation.
Ratnoo, gave a patient hearing in respect of the issues raised by FOIJ and assured the Delegation to resolve the issues on merits.
The other members present in the Delegation are Tarun Singla, Sr. Vice President, Bari Brahmana Industries Association, Gagan Jain General Secretary, Birpur Small Scale Industries Association, Sanjay Chopra, Sr. Vice President, SSI Association Digiana, and Lavinder Singh Puri, Treasurer, Association of Industries, Gangyal.
