Chief Of Saudi General Staff Visits Military Facilities

Chief of the Saudi General Staff Lieutenant General (Pilot) Fayyad bin Hamed al-Ruwaili, accompanied by HE the Chief of Staff of Armed Forces Staff Lieutenant General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel al-Nabit, visited the National Service Academy.



The Chief of the Saudi General Staff toured the academy to review its most prominent facilities as well as the most important programs it offers. They were received by HE President of the National Service Academy Major General Saeed bin Hamad al-Nuaimi. The dignitaries also visited the Combined Operations Center where they were received by HE Commander of the Joint Force to secure the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Major General Saeed bin Hussain al-Khayarin and HE Acting Deputy Chief of Staff for Joint Operations Major General (Pilot) Ibrahim bin Juma al-Malki al-Jehani.


The visit reviewed a summary of the role played by the Ministry of Defence, represented by the Combined Force, in securing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Also, the Chief of the Saudi General Staff, accompanied by HE Chief of Staff of Armed Forces, visited the headquarters of the Amiri Air Defence Forces, where they were received by HE Commander of the Qatari Amiri Air Defence Forces, Staff Major General Rashid bin Ali al-Qashouti. During the visit, they reviewed the most important systems owned by the Air Defense Forces. The visits were attended by several senior officers from the Qatari and Saudi sides.
