NEW YORK — Randa Stephan, most recently a Weber Shandwick marketing leader, has joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies as the firm's first chief marketing and communications officer.
Starting September 15, Stephan will be responsible for the firm's global corporate brand, marketing, and internal and external communications across H+K's 77 offices in 43 countries worldwide. She will report to global chairman and CEO AnnaMaria DeSalva and join Hill+Knowlton's Global Leadership Council.
Stephan has spent the last eight years with Weber Shandwick, most recently serving as the agency's global head of marketing and brand. In 2021, she led the launch of The Weber Shandwick Collective enterprise, formalizing the firm's ecosystem of specialist agencies and establishing their first-ever brand and service architecture
Prior to joining Weber, Stephan was executive director at The Wall Street Journal, where she led the launch of WSJ Custom Studios, the publisher's integrated content marketing practice.
