(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On the morning of August 10, Russian forces shelled two communities in Sumy region – Shalyhyne and Bilopillia.
Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, wrote on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
'At about 07:00, Russians started shelling our communities. They opened fire from various types of small arms, grenade launchers and mortars at Bilopillia for two hours in the morning,” he said. Read also:

According to Zhyvytskyi, the enemy also struck the Shalyhyne community.
'At about 08:00, there was shelling from barrel artillery, 30 hits,” he wrote.
As reported, yesterday the enemy struck five communities in Sumy region - Khotin, Putyvl, Shalyhyne, Bilopillia and Seredyno-Buda.
