Invest UP resolves MSME issues involving various departments
Lucknow, Aug 6 (KNN) Invest UP chief executive officer Abhishek Prakash directed officials of various departments to resolve the issues faced by the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME).
This was discussed during a meeting between Invest UP, Indian Industries Association (IIA) and concerned departments of the state government on Friday.
Prakash who was presiding over the meeting resolved issues of MSMEs on case-to-case basis which involved pending dues of MSMEs.
This was the first meeting in the post-Covid-19 pandemic phase.
Addressing the failure in getting timely exemption in electricity duty pointed out by IIA representatives, he asked the directorate of Electrical Safety to collect details of such cases from the IIA and resolve the issue.
He also directed officials of the Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, Varanasi, to take appropriate action about pending payments of supply of goods made by small entrepreneurs within 15 days and inform Invest UP. (KNN Bureau)
