Doha: The Qatar handball team yesterday left for Turkiye to take part in the Islamic Solidarity Games, which will be held in Konya from August 9 to 18.
The Qatari team, coached by Serbian coach Goran Djokic, will compete in Group A, which includes Saudi Arabia and Morocco, while the Group B includes Turkiye, Iran and Azerbaijan.
