The official opening last Friday was attended by senior representatives from FIBA ASIA, the UAE Basketball Association, General Authority of Sports, Dubai Sports Council, Emirates Draw, and local and regional media who witnessed the thrill first-hand as they watched the six teams battle for the next round.Everyone is welcome to be a part of the ongoing excitement by cheering on their favourite team tomorrow, Tuesday 02 August, at the Al Wasl Sports Club.

For participants in the socially responsible organisation’s weekly draw, last night provided a different type of thrill as 486 winners collectively received AED 734,622. Along with the raffle draw’s seven guaranteed winners, 1participant in the main draw matched 5 out of 7 digits to win AED 77,777 and 6participants matched 4 out of 7 digits to win AED 7,777. Moreover, 42participants matched 3 out of 7 digits to win AED 777 each, 430 participants matched 2 out of 7 digits and each won AED 77, and finally, approximately 10% of all participants matched 1 out of 7 digits to become instant AED 7 winners.

The AED 100M Grand Prize, the largest in the region, is yet to be claimed by a single person or group of people who match all seven numbers from right to left, at which point the grand prize resets to AED 77 million. How to play?
Entrants can choose to participate in the weekly draw by purchasing an AED 50 pencil, part of which goes to support the environment through the planting of coral polyps along the coast of the UAE and as part of Emirates Draw’s main corporate social responsibility programme to support the UAE government’s vision. After registering online at or through the mobile application, participants can select their seven-digit number or have the system choose their number randomly.

With their purchase, participants are entered into two separate drawings, the first a raffle draw where every week seven lucky participants are guaranteed AED 77,777 each. In addition, all participants have the choice to be entered into a second draw with 7 prize categories that start at AED 7 and include the Grand Prize of AED100 million when all seven numbers are matched from the right.
