Doha: The Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani was accorded an official reception ceremony upon his arrival at Al Ittihadiya Palace, in Cairo, Egypt, today.
His Highness was received by Egyptian President HE Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
The ceremony began with the playing of the Qatari and Egyptian national anthems, after which His Highness the Amir reviewed the guard of honor, then His Highness went to shake hands with their Excellencies members of the Egyptian official delegation and senior officials, and the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt shook hands with their Excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying His Highness.
