Iraq-Iran hold oil collaboration meeting, Iraq asks for complete roadmap
(MENAFN) Shana mentioned in a report that Iranian Oil Ministry held a conference of an Iran-Iraq oil collaboration working group on Wednesday, in which the Iraqi party asked for the development of a complete roadmap to describe the aims and viewpoints of the two nations’ future collaboration.
Throughout the conference, which was joined by chief of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Mohsen Khojasteh Mehr and Iraq’s Deputy Oil Minister as well as Director General of the Iraqi Drilling Company Bassim Mohammed Khudair, the Iraqi side also showed enthusiasm to use Iran’s knowledge, technology and expertise in the oil and gas business.
Holding training courses and exporting technical and engineering facilities to Iraq were also between the requests of the Iraqi side.
