(MENAFN) Based on the official data of Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEIAS) on Sunday, regular electricity usage in Turkey declined by 3.39 percent on Saturday in comparison to the prior day, standing at 880,941 megawatts per hours.
According to TEIAS fugues, hourly power usage reaches 41,090 megawatts per hours at 15.00 regional time (1200 GMT). At 07.00 regional time (0400 GMT) the nation’s electricity consumption decreaesd to the lowest point of 29,732 megawatts per hours.
On Saturday, electricity output totaled 873,303 megawatts per hours, down 3.38 percent in comparison to the previous day.
Natural gas factories comprised by 18 percent of overall electricity generation, whereas imported coal factories and wind energy factories constituted by 16.5 percent and 15.6 percent, correspondingly.
