(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Law enforcers have launched criminal proceedings over a Russian missile strike hitting a Kharkiv-based plant on June 18.
This was reported on Telegram by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, as seen by Ukrinform.
According to the inquiry, on June 18, at about 13:00 local time, the Russian military fired a missile at an enterprise located in Kharkiv's Industrial district. As a result of the strike, one of the production facilities was damaged.

Pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is run by the Kharkiv Office of the Security Service (SBU).
As reported, on Saturday, June 18, the invaders fired missiles at a gas processing plant in Kharkiv's Izium district. A large-scale fire broke out.
