NEW YORK — RingCentral, the $1.6 billion business communications company, has hired Finn Partners for US PR support.
Finn was named RingCentral's US agency of record following a competitive pitch. Golin was the incumbent agency.
Finn Partners' remit includes media and analyst relations, thought leadership, events, and product communications to drive awareness of RingCentral's phone and video systems — and how they facilitate communications and collaboration in a post-pandemic world.
The account will be led by global tech practice leader Sabrina Guttman, and Lisa Heathman, a senior partner in Finn's Portland, Oregon office.
“The pivot to hybrid work will likely signal the greatest period of business innovation there has ever been. At RingCentral, our mission is to make it simple for organizations to help their people communicate and collaborate in this hybrid world,” said Tom Murphy, RingCentral's VP of corporate communications.“We chose Finn Partners because of their people, their ideas and their reputation as a global leader in marketing and communications. We believe they are an ideal partner to help us take our brand to new heights.”
