Henry Fraser is a postdoctoral research fellow at the centre for Automated Decision-Making and Society, which is housed in the Digital Media Research Centre at Kelvin Grove. His research is about how to use and develop civil liability laws to promote responsible automated decision-making. He completed his doctorate on copyright and digital platforms at the University of Oxford in 2018. His background is in legal practice, specialising in tech law, IP and privacy; and he is a co-founder of Treescribe, which builds contract automation tools.
