(MENAFN) Legal experts stated to The Post that Amber Heard asking Johnny Depp back for testimony could be a “risk” — partially because of how pleasant he was when he took the stand in the previous couple’s surprise defamation trial.
Informants close to Heard stated to The Post last week that the “Aquaman” actress’s lawful side could offer to get Depp to the stand again as they debate her side in the continuing courtroom battle in Fairfax, Virginia.
But the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor, who has already took the stand for four days, came across as credible and pleasant to the judges, specialists stated — mentioning that giving him a second round to testify might damage Heard’s situation.
Lawyer Katherine Lizardo stated that “There is a risk that he is going to have more time being likable on the stand,” adding, “when it’s actually Amber Heard’s time to present her case.”
