Airlines Club Of Sylhet Gets New Executive Committee For 2022-2023

Dhaka: Airlines Club of Sylhet has formed its new executive committee for 2022-2023. Mohammad Hamed Bin Hanif, In-Charge, Sales and Marketing of US-Bangla Airlines, has been elected the President and Amdadur Rahman, Senior Executive, Marketing and Sales of NOVOAIR Ltd the Secretary.

The new committee took charge on May 15, 2022 on Club premises located on Khairun Bhaban, Mirboxtula, Sylhet.

Shafiqul Islam of former Regent Airways, Afsar Alam of Qatar Airways, G M Ishtiak Chowdhury of Qatar Airways, and Shahedin Ahmed of Emirates has been made Vice Presidents while Shirajus Salekin Chowdhury of Air Galaxy Ltd, is Joint Secretary, Abdus Shorif of Sabre Travel Network (BD) Ltd, Treasurer, Rajib Krishno Das of Us-Bangla Airlines, Public Secretary, Abdullah Md Jihan Chowdhury of Kuwait Airways, Sports Secretary and Burhan Bahar Chowdhury of Us-Bangla Airlines, the Cultural Secretary.

Khandker Shiper Ahmed is Founding President and Chief Advisor while the executive members are Abdullah Zahed, Muhammed Humayun Kabir, Md Maruf Ahmed, Md Abu Zafar, Morshed Fakhrul Chowdhury, Md Badrul Alam, Sadiqur Rahman Chowdhury, Ripa Rani Das and Nasrin Sultana.

Airlines Club of Sylhet established in 1998 to play an active role to increase public awareness on travel and tourism business.

It was also decided that the Airlines Club of Sylhet will expand its activities and membership.
