An explosion in Nangarhar province's Kuz kanar district has killed one person and injured five others, according to Taliban security officials.
The incident occurred yesterday, Sunday, May 15th, during a gathering held every week in this district.
The explosion was caused by a magnetic bomb embedded in a Suzuki vehicle, according to officials.
The injured were transferred to Nangarhar District Hospital for treatment, according to officials.
The event is being investigated, according to the Taliban police chief in Nangarhar province.
