Department Of Meteorology Warns Of Strong Wind And High Sea

Weather inshore until 6pm on Tuesday will be relatively hot daytime and slight dust to blowing dust at places at times, the department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected strong wind with poor visibility.

Offshore will be slight dust, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly 10 to 22 knot gusting 30 knot at places at times.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 18 to 28 knot, gusting to 35 knot at places at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 8/3 kilometres or less at places at times.

Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet. Offshore it will be 5 to 9 feet, rises to 12 feet at places at times.
