Amman, May 8 (Petra) -- Temperatures on Sunday are forecast to rise slightly while remaining below their seasonal average, bringing pleasant spring conditions in the mountains and moderate weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Clouds will appear at medium and high altitudes, with northwesterly moderate winds.
On Monday, temperatures will continue to rise and the weather will be warm almost countywide and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, with southwesterly moderate dust-causing winds in the Badia regions.
Similar weather will persist on Tuesday, with high-altitude clouds and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds.
Today, mercury in Amman will range between 23 degrees Celsius and 11C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 32C, sliding to 20C during night hours.
