(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Cairo, May 7, 2022, SPA -- Speaker of Arab Parliament (AP) Adel bin Abdurrahman Al-Assomi strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist attack on a water pumping plant in the eastern Suez Canal region, which resulted in the killing of an military officer and ten soldiers, and the injury of five other.
Al-Assomi affirmed - in a statement today - the Arab Parliament's solidarity with Egypt in the measures it is taking to preserve its security and stability, stressing its rejection of these cowardly terrorist acts.
He also expressed his sincere condolences to the Egyptian government and people for the martyrs of this cowardly terrorist act, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
