Dealy earned his master's degree in Financial Analysis and Risk Management from the University of Colorado. Before joining AWA, Justin worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, T. Rowe Price, Integrity Wealth Group and Trellis Software. Away from the office, Justin spends every spare moment he can with his wonderful three-year-old daughter.
