The 5th Jaipuria Annual School Leadership Conclave was held recently to promote strong leadership culture among the principals of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Schools.

Held on the premises of Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad, the event was attended by the principals of about a dozen partner schools of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group. The event's Chief Guest was Prof Saroj Sharma, Chairperson of the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the two-day conclave, Prof. Saroj Sharma quoted the recommendations of the Delors Report from 1996 Delors Commission.“The report recommended four pillars of education. These are: learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, and learning to live together. We must remember that as teachers, we are the torchbearers of society.”

Representing Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions at the event was Ms Manju Rana, Director Schools, and Mr. Anirban Bhattacharya, AVP Partner Schools.

Mr. Bhattacharya said,“We strongly believe that efforts in the field of scholastic and co-scholastic activities should continue to engage our primary attention. We should also prepare our students for real-life challenges that they are certainly going to face. Keeping that in view, we have introduced several new initiatives in our schools, such as design thinking, socio-emotional learning, financial and digital literacy.”

The purpose of the conclave was strengthening partnership and building a positive professional relationship between Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Schools and its franchise schools in several cities and towns of Uttar Pradesh. The group has a partner school each in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand as well.
