Invaders dropping unguided bombs on Ukrainian cities intelligence
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russian troops drop unguided bombs on Ukrainian cities.
This is reported by the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine with reference to the testimony of one of the captured Russian servicemen.
On March 5, an enemy Su-34 plane, which had been bombing residential areas of Chernihiv, was shot down over the territory of Ukraine. The crew managed to eject. A navigator of the enemy plane died. A pilot was taken prisoner. His name is Alexander Krasnoyartsev, Major, 1st Class Pilot, Chief of Air, Fire and Tactical Training of the 2nd Mixed Aviation Regiment of the 21st Mixed Aviation Division of the Russian Armed Forces (Shagol Airport, Chelyabinsk city).
Krasnoyartsev testified that the Russian military command deliberately gave orders to bomb civilian infrastructure facilities and residential areas of Ukrainian cities.
At the same time, not high-precision weapons are used for strikes, as claimed by Russian military leaders and propagandists, but unguided bombs OFAB-250-270, FAB-500, OFZAB-500. This results in significant civilian casualties and the destruction of civilian infrastructure. Such bombings are another obvious crime committed by the Russian army against the humanity.
On February 24, Russian president Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops simultaneously crossed Ukrainian borders from the north, east, and Crimea. They are destroying cities, killing civilians, shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, hitting Ukrainians' homes with missiles. Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, with the support of all the people, courageously resist the aggression.
