Dubai developer, Sobha Realty aims for USD1.6B in real estate sales


(MENAFN) Dubai developer Sobha Realty is optimistic on the UAE real estate market and is aiming for USD1.6 billion in sales the current year as the nation's economy remains rebounding from the pandemic.
According to Francis Alfred, chief executive and managing director of Sobha Realty statement to a news agency, predictions for the firm’s sales is 60 per cent more than 2021.

He stated, “we have put in a high target because we are considering the market growth and the opportunities for a company like Sobha.”

The developer is establishing the USD4bn Sobha Hartland scheme presently with 9,000 units near Mohammed bin Rashid City. It aims to begin work on another development, also worth USD4bn, in the July-September period of this year over increasing investor demand.
