Qatar - HBKU college launches newest graduate programme

Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU)'s College of Public Policy (CPP) showcased its Master of Public Policy (MPP) and announced the launch of a new Master of Social Policy and Programme Evaluation (MSPPE) programme at a Graduate Studies Information Session on January 24.
The newest full-time master's degree at the CPP provides advanced analytic and substantive knowledge of social policy and programme evaluation.
During the virtual session, CPP faculty members were on hand to answer questions on the two programmes, which offer academic and professional training opportunities for graduates to build an influential career in public policy and solve current global and local problems.
At the event, faculty highlighted the curriculum as well as research opportunities.
There was also a chance for prospective students to meet the admissions team and discuss programme application requirements.
The deadline to apply to the MPP is February 1 for international applicants and March 15 for Qataris and Qatar residents, whereas the application deadline for the MSPPE is March 1 for international applicants and April 15 for Qataris and Qatar residents.
Funding options are available to those who are accepted into the programmes.
