UAE advances schemes to provide remote healthcare services


(MENAFN) The coronavirus pandemic increased the pace of change for patients over minor illnesses, with schemes to provide health care services in the UAE and metaverse, unprecedentedly.

The first day of the region’s biggest health event “Arab Health 2022” was rules by new teach and the growing interest in telehealth, which is an online service for patients.

Mubashir Siddiqi, a business analyst at the ministry, said to The National, “This is the metaverse and people can use this virtual consultation when face to face meetings are limited, like during the pandemic.”

Siddiqi added, “We have created this virtual environment for people where they can check in from anywhere, without the need for any extra hardware.”
