Airbnb wants customers to share “community” experience

(MENAFN) On Friday, Airbnb co-founder and CEO Brian Chesky reported to CNBC that the firm will benefit greatly from a future that is dependent on flexible work and living.

Chesky noted on “TechCheck,” “They can do what I can do — I’m running a pretty large company off of a laptop with another person’s WiFi in their home.” He added, “If I can do my job from a house in Atlanta, that means a lot of people could travel all over the world and live, not just travel.”

Chesky mentioned that Airbnb intends to make people share experiences as if they are living in a caring community instead of simply travelling to a location for a short period.

However, he did not give details on how Airbnb will transform its plan into an actual reality, but he believes that its services will witness developments for a predicted surge in traveling this summer.
