Armies arrest Burkina Faso Leader Kaboré


(MENAFN) The Leader of Burkina Faso, Roch Kaboré, was arrested by demonstrating militaries.

Some forces in the West African nation requested to fire armed rulers and more resources to engage Islamist activists.

Shooting was heard overnight close to the governmental palace and at barracks in the capital, Ouagadougou.

The administration rejected proposals of an armed takeover or the detention of the leader.

In accordance to external media statements, Leader Kaboré was held at a military camp by demonstrating militaries.
