Over 22,000 Ukrainians vaccinated against COVID-19 on Jan 23


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Some 22,541 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in Ukraine over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Health Ministry has said on Facebook.

'Some 8,280 people received their first dose, 8,835 people received their second dose, 87 people received an additional dose, and 5,339 people got a booster dose,' the statement said.

Since the launch of the vaccination program in Ukraine, 15,164,116 people have received their first dose, 14,466,084 people have received both doses, 13,108 people have got an additional dose, and 208,784 people have received a booster dose. A total of 29,852,092 doses have been administered so far.

A total of 12,915 COVID-19 infections were recorded in Ukraine on January 23.
