UAE's Saif Bin Zayed Meets Singapore's Senior Minister

DUBAI, Jan 24 (NNN-WAM) – Lt Gen Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), met with Teo Chee Hen, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of the Republic of Singapore.

The Singaporean official is currently visiting the UAE, to take part in his country's celebrations of the National Day, at Expo 2020 Dubai.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation between the UAE and Singapore, and ways to enhance them, especially in the areas of policing and security, to serve the interests of the two friendly nations.

Discussions also covered global event, Expo 2020 Dubai, and the role it plays in promoting convergence between different nations and civilisations of the world.

The meeting was attended by a number of officials from the UAE and the Republic of Singapore.– NNN-WAM
