Bank CEO, James Gorman’s salary boots up to USD35M


(MENAFN) Morgan Stanley boosted CEO James Gorman's pay to USD35 million, ensuring that he is going to remain the highest paid bank CEO in the United States for this year as well.

Mr. Gorman's salary was boosted by 6 percent for 2021 at the New York-based fiscal services firm; which witnessed its profits hit a new peak for the fourth year in a row. According to the firm, his contract includes a USD1.5 million pay and a USD8.38 million cash incentive.

The great proportion comes in the form of USD25 million in long-term rewards, which are somewhat connected to yields from equity and stockholder gains.
