Jordan - Ten milder aftershocks follow Tiberias earthquake

Amman, Jan. 23 (Petra) -- Ten aftershocks early Sunday followed the earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale, that struck Lake Tiberias late Saturday.
Director of the Jordanian Seismological Observatory (JSO) Ghassan Sweidan told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the aftershocks ranged between 2.0 and 2.9 degrees on the Richter scale.
'Residents in Irbid governorate felt the earthquake, but no damages were recorded,' he added.
