(MENAFN) In line with media reports, The US State Department asked families of its embassy team in Ukraine to start going out of the nation as of Monday.
Fox News, quoting US officials, stated that the State Department may inspire US residents to start leaving Ukraine by business flights as they are "still available".
The State Department did not make any official declaration about the news.
The State Department spokesperson answered a question by Anadolu Agency regarding the news "We have nothing to announce at this time."
He further affirmed "We conduct rigorous contingency planning, as we always do, in the event the security situation deteriorates."
