Ukraine aims to entice international energy investments

(MENAFN) Ukraine intends to entice international investment in the energy sector to reach the targets of power freedom and decarbonization.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported at the webinar "Reforms for Investment in Ukraine", "We will continue to harmonize the Ukrainian legislation with EU legislation in the energy sector. Among the key tasks are strengthening Ukraine's energy security, increasing the investment attractiveness of the energy sector, and attracting foreign investment," wrote an Ukrinform journalist.

As he mentioned, investments will be enticed in order to perform the targets of power efficiency and the unpolluted energy.

He emphasized that the country would connect its strategy with the European Green Deal by leveling up to its climate promises.
